Accessories: TV-SAT (7), Wi-Fi, kitchen with induction hobs, convection oven, convection micro-wave, side by side fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee maker, american coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air conditioning (hot / cold), sauna, jacuzzi, barbecue, pool and pool towels.

Included Services :Internet W-Lan, electricity (up to a weekly consumption superior than of 600 KwH), water, bed linen and towels changed weekly, pool towels, pool and garden maintenance, swimming pool from 20.th April to October 5th 2013.

Services must be paid on-site: electricity in the case of a weekly consumption of 600 kWh (according to consumption € 0.20 per kWh), final cleaning (200.00 Euro fixed price), supplemtento weekly when animals are present (40, 00 Euro per animal), any possible tax under the new law (depends on the town hall, details on arrival by the owner)

Services on request: heating / cooling (see electricity), wood fireplace 20,00 Euro /100kg, extra cleaning (12.00 Euro per hour / cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), wine tasting and local products (prices available on place), mountain bikes rental on request, possibility to organize horseback riding, other additional services on request
